It is noted that the prices listed on the website are in euros and include all tax charges (24% VAT) except for shipping costs, which are charged separately. These prices refer to quantities available in our warehouse, while hipeway.com reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.

In case of a VAT rate adjustment during the period between the order placement and the order delivery, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

• Withdrawal – Returns of Products – Consumer Rights

A) Withdrawal from the contract by the Customer – Return of Products

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the day you received them, according to the provisions of Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83. For the withdrawal, you should fill in the form “Request for Return of Products – Form of Withdrawal” and send it to contact@hipeway.com. Then you must send the products you wish to return to our address without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw. The customer bears the cost of returning the products.

B) Products Return Procedure

The product must be in its original condition and packaging. The product packaging should not have been opened or damaged. The return must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase.

C) Defective Product Returns

In case of defective products, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from its receipt. The defective product should be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Hipeway.com will replace the defective product or refund the customer according to their preference.
