Payment Methods

a) Bank Transfer

To complete your order process, purchase, and receipt of your product via bank transfer, you must include your name or your order number as the payment reference. Once we confirm your order and payment, your products will be shipped.

If the required amount is transferred from a bank other than the cooperating bank of HIPE Single Member P.C. (Piraeus Bank), the bank fees will be entirely borne by the customer.

b) Credit/Debit Card

In our eshop, we use Stripe to securely process your payments. With Stripe, you can pay using:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Debit cards
Other internationally recognized cards

All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection, ensuring the protection of your personal and financial information. The payment process is simple and immediate, offering you a quick and easy shopping experience.

c) Cash on Delivery

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will need to pay in cash at the time of delivery. The cash on delivery fee is €3.00 (in addition to shipping costs). The cash on delivery service is offered in combination with the value of your order based on current legislation (see the relevant paragraph below), applicable to specific areas and specific shipping methods.

Note: Orders that include products with personalized engraving can only be completed with a bank transfer (a) or payment via credit/debit card (b). The cash on delivery option is not available for products with personalized engraving.

Shipping Methods – Shipping Costs

Delivery within 1-5 business days throughout Greece. For orders over €30.00, you get free shipping. For orders under €30.00, the shipping cost is €3.00, and if you choose the “Cash on Delivery” payment method, there is an additional charge of €3.00.
