PAYMENT METHODS

a) Bank transfer
You can pay for your order by bank transfer to the account of HIPE Single-Member P.C. When making the deposit, please state your full name and/or your order number as the payment reference.
The order is shipped after payment has been confirmed.
In the case of a transfer from a different bank, any bank charges are borne entirely by the customer.

Piraeus Bank

b) Credit / Debit card via Stripe
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe payments platform. Transactions take place in a secure environment and your card details are not stored by HIPE.

c) Payment via the Bank’s secure environment
You can complete your payment through the Piraeus Bank Payment Gateway, using the available payment methods supported by the service, such as credit / debit card and IRIS.

d) Klarna
You can pay for your order via Klarna by selecting the relevant option at checkout. The available payment options are determined by Klarna and are shown during the payment process.

e) Pay by Link
Online payment is also available via Pay by Link, through a secure payment link.

f) Cash on delivery via BOX NOW
Cash on delivery is available exclusively for shipments via BOX NOW, with an additional charge of €3.00. Cash on delivery is not available for courier shipments.

Note for products with personalised engraving: Orders that include products with personalised engraving must be paid in advance. Cash on delivery is not available for these products.

Orders are shipped throughout Greece by the following methods:

BOX NOW

Shipping via BOX NOW is free for orders paid online. If cash on delivery via BOX NOW is selected, an additional charge of €3.00 applies.

Courier

Courier shipping has a fixed cost of €5.00 and is available exclusively for prepaid orders. Cash on delivery via courier is not available.
